PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core presser tool extending applicable width by widening corresponding width by changing a holder shape so as to eliminate tapered groove of a holder itself against a core center made common every slit width of a film product to manufacture with winding slippage prevention as a basic function, reducing the number of parts by adopting a new stopper as a member on which force to fix in a certain specific direction in some form and securing an effective space, a winding device furnished with such a core presser tool and a slitter device. SOLUTION: This core presser tool is furnished with at least the holder 1 mounted on a winding shaft S on the side of the winding device to wind up a belt type article, the core 2 installed on the holder 1, guide plates 3, 4 and a guide plate stopper 5, and the guide plate stopper 5 is formed of an elastic body.
