PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a useful load and a conveying capacity of a long article without a decrease in efficiency and stability of a cargo work by enlarging and extending a load surface of a distribution pallet used for a low lift. SOLUTION: A fork part of the low lift is inserted between a bottom frame attached to the pallet with an auxiliary wheels and a vertical frame member. When the low lift is raised, the fixed wheel of the low lift supported by the bottom frame pushes up the vertical frame, the auxiliary wheels 10 descend around a support shaft 9 to give a ground-pushing force, and then the pallet with the auxiliary wheels is lifted.
