PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system storing and managing collection data consisting of raw data and incidental information consisting of a plurality of items in a data management device and capable of transmitting the collection data appropriate to a medical image diagnostic apparatus requesting the collection data for image reconstruction. SOLUTION: This data management system includes: the medical image diagnostic apparatus 2 for collecting information of the inside of a subject and reconstructing an image based on the collected data; and a data management device 3 for storing and managing the collection data transmitted from the medical image diagnostic apparatus 2, searching the collection data to be reconstructed by the medical image diagnostic apparatus 2 requesting the collection data, and transmitting the collection data to the medical image diagnostic apparatus 2.
