PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shorts allowing a wearer to wear a dress with a largely opened back, a dress made of a thin fabric, or slim-fit pants by dispensing with a waist part. SOLUTION: The shorts consist of a core member 2 passing the crotch from the lower abdominal region by an energizing force in the inward direction and having a length for covering the anus, and a core member storage bag body 3 for storing the core member 2.
