PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abandonment fire extinguisher capable of preventing the accident of unexpected discharge of a fire extinguishing agent during transportation. SOLUTION: In the abandonment fire extinguisher comprising a fixed lever 6 fixed to the upper head part of a main body container 1, an activation lever 8 oppositely equipped on the upper side of the fixed lever 6 and pivoted so as to be freely turned to be open and closed around a pivot 7 for discharging the fire extinguishing agent inside the main body container 1 by the closing turning operation, and a lever support member 9 pivoted freely turnably around a pivot 13 over an erected posture and a tilted posture on the lower side of the activation lever 8 for locking the activation lever 8 in an open state in the erected posture, an inclusion 20 is interposed between the fixed lever 6 and the activation lever 8 so as to regulate the tilting of the lever support member 9 in the erected posture and regulate the closing turning of the activation lever 8.
