PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution of insecure operations in a state wherein the soap density of a solvent is low by detecting conductive foreign bodies which get jammed between electrodes of a soap density sensor. SOLUTION: In 30 seconds before the completion of deliquoring operation (Y in S12), a solvent supplying pump is stopped and the solvent built up in a duct in which the soap density sensor is placed is allowed to fall down to a solvent tank by opening both a liquid supply valve and a circulating valve (S13-S15). After the passage of 20 seconds (Y in S16), since the solvent is almost eliminated and sensor electrodes are exposed to the air, electric conductivity is detected by the electrodes (S17). When the electric conductivity is equal to or larger than a predetermined value (N in S18), it is decided that there is possibility that conductive foreign bodies exist between the electrodes and the number C of abnormality detection is counted up (S22). Then after the completion of the whole process, the number C of abnormality detection is judged. When the value reaches the predetermined error set value T, error annunciation is performed and the operation is stopped in an error status. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
