A condensing film for a LCD backlight unit and the LCD backlight unit thereof are provided to improve luminous distribution characteristics of light by using a light diffusing agent for scattering the light. A condensing film for the LCD backlight unit includes a film part(10), a light outputting part(30) formed on an upper surface of the film part, and a light receiving part(20) formed on a lower surface of the film part. A light diffusing agent is applied into the inside of the condensing film. The light outputting part is composed of a lenticular lens. The light receiving part includes concavo-convex parts which are formed in a constant interval. A reflective surface(50) is formed on a protrusive portion of the concavo-convex parts.
