PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation device for general publics using a video display device in which the conspicuousness to a screen or image contents is raised, scent is presented as if the scent is emitted from a merchandise picture to promote a content understanding so that the content is made to be gazed for the longest possible time when a passenger is introduced to the front of the screen and approaches the screen. SOLUTION: The content subjected to visual point conversion having an image or chemical substance as an element is presented so as to promote dropby by detecting the approach of a person. The content changes interactively with respect to the movement of the person. The motion parallax image changing the ways of viewing by a parallax position is displayed. The approach of the person is detected by a signal from a portable terminal and the visual point conversion is performed. The information meeting the liking of a passer-by is presented. The rear side of the screen is provided with a scent generator. The scent is emitted from a small hole of the screen. Aspiration is estimated and the scent is presented. The long-time information having story properties is presented by continuing a plurality of the information presentation device for the general publics.
