A wall structure of a water tank is provided to prevent rust and to secure sufficient strength by excluding metal plates and to facilitate manufacturing by simplifying an assembling process. A water tank formed in the shape of an empty container is composed of a bottom side; a wall surface set up at the edge of the bottom side; and a cover installed on the upper side of the wall surface. The wall surface is formed by setting pillars(10) having an H-shaped section, at regular intervals. Reinforcing rods(20) of the predetermined length are fitted between the pillars adjacent to each other, in different heights. An assembling plate(30) is formed by stacking a polyethylene layer, an FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) layer, a urethane layer and the FRP layer in order. The assembling plate is disposed and attached between the pillars coming into contact with the reinforcing rods.
