摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly and a manufacturing method of a fuel cell capable of enlarging a contact area of a hydrogen separation film and an electrolyte membrane, and thinning the electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly (100) comprises an expansion process for expanding a surface part (12) by chemical reaction of the surface part (12) of one face side of a hydrogen separation film (10) having hydrogen permeability and a heterogeneous element different from a structuring element of the hydrogen separation film (10), a removing process for removing the heterogeneous element from the surface part (12), and a deposition process for depositing an electrolyte membrane (20) with proton conductivity on a face of the hydrogen separation film (10) after the removing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
