PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting roadbed unit capable of melting snow in a desired road surface area by reducing the temperature difference between an upstream side road surface and a downstream side road surface to which hot water is blasted to suppress the occurrence of non-uniformity of snow melting. SOLUTION: A lower flow passage 2 and an upper flow passage 3 through which hot water as a heat medium flows are disposed on the upper side and the lower side through a heat conductive partition member 4. An air supply port 21 is formed at one end of the lower flow passage 2. A communication port 41 communicating with the upper flow passage 3 is formed at the other end.
