<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a moving image distribution system including a function capable of restricting viewing of a specific scene in a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a video distribution apparatus which includes a distribution judgement reference input function and a distribution judging function and is capable of setting a view restriction different for each moving image title. View enabled scenes and view disabled scenes are set within one moving image title by the view restriction. A range of the view restriction can also be dynamically generated from an access history to be also used for promotion such as automatically extracting and restrictively disclosing a popular scene. Furthermore, an interface is included for acquiring information of an access history or the like from the outside and on the basis of much more information, the view restriction range is rationally determined. Moreover, information of a link to other sites is embedded in a restrictively disclosed moving image fraction and a viewer of the moving image fraction can be guided to other site on which the entire moving image can be viewed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
