FIELD: cleaning of gas from dust, applicable in pneumatic transport, pneumatic cleaning, aspiration systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: the dust collector has a casing made of two cylindrical sections of a different diameter, conical bin, axial inlet of dusty gas with a vortex generator, fairing and a deflecting washer, an axial branch pipe for discharge of the cleaned gas and a peripheral inlet of the secondary flow positioned in the upper section. The vortex generator with the fairing are made as a single body consisting of a cylinder-conical fairing, with the blades of the helical rotor fixed on its cylindrical section, they are made integral with the fairing by the methods of mechanical processing, stamping, knurling. The surfaces of the inlet of dusty gas and the casing are processed by a vibrodamping material. The ratio of the thicknesses of the processed parts and the layer of the vibrodamping material makes up 1:(2.5-4). ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning, reduced pressure loss, reduced level of noise in operation. ^ 5 dwg |
