<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing apparatus enabling accurate and smooth performance of discharging work of mixed food material, safe and efficient performance of food material mixing work, and prevention of incorrect discharge of the mixed food material. <P>SOLUTION: The food material mixing apparatus has a food material mixing process of mixing stored food material through reciprocated turn of a mixing pot 2 around a pot shaft 1, and a discharge process of discharging the food material in the mixing pot 2 to a bring-out container 7 disposed below the mixing pot 2 through reversing the mixing pot 2 after the food material mixing process: wherein a container sensor 18 detecting existence of disposition of the bring-out container 7 is installed to carry out the discharge process when the container sensor 18 detects the discharge container 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
