SOLUTION: The exercise management system 1 regulates the speed of walking exercise of a user by the operation of a treadmill (a first exercise guide device) 10, and guides the walking exercise of the user while adjusting the exercise scale with rhythm in harmony with the exercise rhythm of the animal by the operation of a walking exercise guide device 20 (a second exercise guide device).
