<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate appropriate setting of a recycle target value for clarifying a relation between a recycle target and environmental load and attaining a target environmental load quantity in a product-business total. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a physical distribution prediction part which predicts a physical distribution quantity of a target year based on data of a recycle target DB, a business target DB, a collection prediction DB, a physical quantity DB, and a product information DB for each life cycle stage, changes the physical distribution quantity so that a plurality of targets are simultaneously established, and records it to the physical distribution quantity DB and the recycle target DB; an environmental load prediction part which predicts an environmental load of the target year based on data of the physical distribution quantity DB, an environmental load unit quantity DB and the product information DB; a target value correction part which fluctuates a recycle target value within a range where the plurality of targets are simultaneously established, when the predicted environmental load does not reach a target environmental load, to bring it close to the target environmental load; and an input and output device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
