WINDOW CONTROL AND RETRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD, AND TRANSMISSION-SIDE UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in communication quality by avoiding activating RLC reset processing in a transmission-side device when a MAC sub-layer does not perform order correction processing on a received STATUS-PDU.

SOLUTION: In a retransmission control method, the transmission-side device manages a delivery confirmation information reception window and when a sequence number of a packet included in delivery confirmation information received from a reception-side device has a value outside a range of the delivery confirmation information reception window, the transmission-side device performs neither window control processing nor retransmission control processing for the packet on the basis of the delivery confirmation information associated with the sequence number.
