PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood separation filter device that can rapidly separate corpuscle component, and plasma or serum from blood, suppresses mixing of hemolysis component generated by hemolysis into the plasma or serum, can obtain sufficient quantity of plasma or serum, and hence can accurately inspect the plasma or serum in clinical inspection or the like. SOLUTION: In this blood separation filter device 1, a blood separation filter 5 for separating blood into corpuscle, plasma, or serum is arranged inside flow-channel forming members 2 and 4; a corpuscle stop filter 6 for preventing passing of red corpuscle is arranged on the downstream side of the blood separation filter 5; a hemolysis component passing preventing filter 7 for preventing the passing of the component generated by hemolysis is arranged on the downstream side of the corpuscle stop filter, and the hemolysis component passing preventing filter 7 is made of filter material having continuous pores of a thickness of 0.05-1.5 mm and an average pore diameter of 1.0-100μm.
