PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system adapted to integrate operations performed mainly by a mouse to a keyboard to reduce the burden placed on a user in Web page formation, and a system adapted to perform, with the keyboard, color confirmation operation performed conventionally on a monitor or by use of a book. SOLUTION: A color or mark is assigned to each of key tops of the keyboard, and a command corresponding thereto is preliminarily stored in each key button. According the present invention, editing of a text, formation of a Web content such as an image can be performed by a direct operation by the visually easy-to-understand keyboard, and a Web page can be efficiently formed.
