PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for machine components which is simple and compact in configuration not to need much installation space, and canbe used regardlell of the presence or absence of an electric power source and the specification thereof by using only air as a power source. SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus for machine components using only air as the power source comprises a cleaning booth 1, a filtering chamber 2 and a recovering tank 3 in this order from the upper part. A workpiece support roratably supporting a workpiece 70 to be cleaned is set in the cleaning booth 1, the cleaning booth 1 has an open/close lid 4, air nozzles 13 and cleaning liquid nozzles 14 are protrudedly provided on the open/close lid 4 and/or cleaning booth 1 side faces, and the workpiece 70 supported on the workpiece support is rotated by the air and/or cleaning liquid jetted from the respective nozzles.
