Novel imidazolecarboxamides of the following structure are useful as antiallergy agents <CHEM> wherein Q and T are oxygen or a divalent sulfur; R is hydrogen, C14 alkyl, C14 alkylcarbonyl or benzoyl; R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or CF3; R2 is NH2, -NH(R5) or-N(R5)(R6); R5 is C14 alkyl, pyridinyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl; R6 is C14 alkyl and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
