PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technique for simplifying the holding structure of a cleaning element in the sheet like cleaning element wiping and cleaning an object to be cleaned. SOLUTION: In the cleaning tool related to the present invention, a welded and bonded portion 114 of the cleaning element 110 is constituted by having a curved face portion 114a concaved toward a holding space 118.
