PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a generator and a motor which can stabilize a DC voltage by avoiding a rebound and a fall of the DC voltage, and can favorably control a torque response. SOLUTION: In the control device having the generator 1 and the motor 3 which is fed with multi-phase AC power via an inverter by power generation of the generator and driven by the power, the torque of the motor (hereinafter, a power consumption amount) is operated by controlling the inverter on the basis of the DC voltage vdc between the generator and the motor and a desired DC voltage target value vdc*, or on the basis of a DC current idc between the generator and the motor and a desired DC current target value idc*.
