PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving amount control device capable of reducing the response delay and deviation in a driving amount adjustment of a controlled object, for instance, adjustment of the throttle valve opening. SOLUTION: An ECU 20 of a vehicle 10 increases an add-in amount x to a duty ratio DUT of a control signal Sc according to an increase in the speed variationΔDTHR when the speed variationΔDTHR of a target opening DTHR of a throttled valve 16 is positive, and also increases the add-in amount x of the control signal Sc to the duty ratio DUT according to a decrease in the speed variationΔDTHR when the speed variationΔDTHR is negative.
