A work support frame fixed on the bottom of a tank type cargo storage is provided to reduce accidents during working in the tank type cargo storage by being mounted on the bottom of the tank type cargo storage. A work support frame(100) mounted on the bottom of a tank type cargo storage(50) includes a lower driving unit(10), an operation unit(20), an upper driving unit(30), and a controller(40). The lower driving unit is rotatably installed on the bottom of the tank type cargo storage. The operation unit includes an arm supporter(21), an arm(22), a hydraulic cylinder(25), and first and second sliding booms(23,24). The arm supporter is formed on the lower driving unit. The arm is hinged to the arm supporter. The hydraulic cylinder connects the arm and the arm supporter and actuates the arm. The first sliding boom is inserted in the arm. The second sliding boom is inserted in the first sliding arm. The upper driving unit is installed on a ceiling of the tank type cargo storage rotatably with the lower driving unit and includes a winch housing(33). The winch housing includes first and second winches(31,32) having first and second wires respectively. The controller is fixed on a rotary shaft(13) and includes wires(41,42,43) for control.
