<p>A double-sided adhesive tape, and a method for bonding a ceramics substrate and a metal foil by using the tape are provided to prevent the contamination of a substrate and a metal foil before heat treatment, thereby preventing the separation of a metal foil. A double-sided adhesive tape comprises a certain adhesive; and 1-50 wt% of a filler powder. Preferably the adhesive is at least one selected from lithium cellulose, cellulose, urethane and acrylic acetate; and the filler powder is at least one selected from Ag, Ti, Ni, Cu, CuO, Cu2O and AgO and has a particle size of 0.1-10.0 micrometers.</p> |
