An apparatus for stripping and moving a form is provided to strip and move a form easily by comprising a driving wheel, a cylinder and a connection, and to heighten rotary force of a driving wheel by having a motor additionally. An apparatus for stripping and moving a form comprises a driving wheel(55) supporting the entire load of a form when stripping off a form, a cylinder(51) hinged to the lower part of the form and provided with a piston(52) making linear reciprocating motion, a connection(57) connected with the driving wheel and the cylinder to convert the force generated by the linear reciprocating motion of the piston of the cylinder into the force for ascending or descending the location of the driving wheel, and a motor(53) connected with the center of the driving wheel to heighten rotary force of the driving wheel to move the form easily.
