A piezo-electric vibrator and a piezoelectric actuator with the same are provided to respond to a frequency variation for various vibrators and to improve the reliability by soldering a wire applying an alternation voltage in a node point of the piezoelectric vibrator. A piezo-electric vibrator includes a piezo-electric material(100) and a side electrode. The piezo-electric material has a first piezo-electric element layer(110) in which first and second upper electrode are formed in one side thereof and an external ground electrode is formed in the other side thereof, a second piezo-electric element layer(120) on which a first internal ground electrode is formed, a third piezo-electric element layer(130) on which a first internal electrode corresponding to the first upper electrode is formed, a fourth piezo-electric element layer(140) on which a second internal electrode is formed, a fifth piezo-electric element layer(150) on which a second internal electrode is formed, and a sixth piezo-electric element layer(160) on which a third internal ground electrode is formed. The side electrode has a first side electrode(510) electrically connecting the first internal electrode to the first upper electrode, a second side electrode(520) electrically connecting the second internal electrode to the second upper electrode, and a third side electrode(530) electrically connecting the first internal ground electrode to the external ground electrode.
