<p>A mobile communication system provides mobile devices with services while distributing loads in a plurality of wireless areas. A wireless base station covers a plurality of wireless areas among which loads can be distributed. A wireless network control device manages loads of the plurality of areas covered by the wireless base station. The wireless network control device seeks remaining wireless resources of the plurality of wireless areas from the loads of the plurality of wireless areas. The wireless network control device selects wireless areas assigned to mobile devices in accordance with a comparing result of the remaining wireless resources of the plurality of wireless areas.</p> |
