A hardening device using microwaves, an eyeglass lens manufacturing method using the same, and eyeglass lenses are provided to execute automation by utilizing controllability, to reduce the investment cost in equipment due to the continuous process, and to cut down the production cost by extending the life time of a glass mold. An eyeglass lens manufacturing method using microwaves comprises the steps of: processing and polishing a mold for casting and assembling upper and lower molds by using a gasket corresponding to the degree of eyeglasses, and then injecting monomer into the mold(S10); hardening monomer into firstly polymerized polymer by irradiating microwaves to the mold containing monomer(S20); producing eyeglass lenses by separating the polymer(S30); trimming the edges of the eyeglass lenses and cleaning the surfaces of the eyeglass lenses(S40); and drying the eyeglass lenses by microwaves and post-hardening the eyeglass lenses at the same time(S50).
