An elastic material used to pave a road, a method of fabricating the same, and a method of paving the road using the elastic material are provided to add an elastic material to an existing asphalt so softness is provided on a surface layer of a road. 1 weight percent of a rubber chip having one or two materials selected from the group consisting of an unrethane chip, an EPDM chip, a portioned waste tire chip, and a rubber chip having a size of 10mm to 0.074mm is mixed with 0.01 weight percent to 0.10 weight percent material made of one or two materials selected from the group consisting of a liquid-phase SBR Latex, SR Latex, NR Latex, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, asphalt, and EVA resin, and the mixture is heated under a temperature of 100°C to 180°C. 1 weight percent of the mixture is mixed with 0.01 weight percent to 0.15 weight percent of a material selected from the group consisting of powdered limestone, cement, sand, and calcium carbonate, and the mixture is heated under a temperature of 100°C to 200°C. 1 weight percent of the mixture is mixed with 0.005 weight percent to 3 weight percent one material selected from the group consisting of SBR Latex, SR Latex, NR Latex, epoxy solution, urethane solution, acrylic solution, EVA solution, and asphalt. |
