Digital Rights Management (DRM) or Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) for generic digital content wherein a IPMP Control Graph and a REL-IPMP Control Graph carries protection signalling and rights expression data. Both content packaging and terminal processing relating to the above control graph are clearly defined and elaborated.
