FILTER FOR IMPRINTIMG AND IMPRINTING METHOD USING THE SAME

An imprinting filter and an imprinting method using the same are provided to solve non-uniformity of the pressure by performing imprinting by an oil pressure using a filter having a plurality of penetration holes. An imprinting filter includes a penetration hole(12), a stamper(20), and an embossed pattern(22). The imprinting filter is performed by providing an oil pressure on the stamper. The penetration hole for penetrating both planes of the filter is formed on the filter. A cross section of the penetration hole in a direction of the filter is larger than the cross section of the penetration hole of the other direction of the filter. A plurality of penetration holes are formed and are coupled to each other in a direction of the filter. The cross section of the penetration hole formed on a center of the filter is smaller than the cross section of the penetration hole formed on an edge of the filter.
