PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a voltage between a source and a drain of a transistor and to relax a breakdown voltage. SOLUTION: Input transistor pairs (101A and 101B) supply the voltage at a reference node N1 to either of nodes na1 and nb1 according to input signal pairs (INP and INM). Transistor pairs (102A and 102B) limit the voltage at the nodes na1 and nb2. The transistor pairs (103A and 103B) limit the voltage at output nodes N11A and N11B. An invertor circuit 104A supplies the voltage at the reference node N4 to the output node N11A if a voltage level at the output node N11B is a "L level". As the voltage is supplied not only from the transistor 103A but also from the invertor circuit 104A thereby, a fluctuation of the voltage (Va3) at the output node N11A becomes fast and it follows the fluctuation of the voltage (Va2) in the node na2.
