PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine provided with a controller with a backup function, in which power failure processing is appropriately and surely executed. SOLUTION: Reset information is activated after the lapse of the time sufficient for executing the power failure processing after power failure detection information is activated, and information to be stored and held when power is interrupted is appropriately and surely stored and held in a controller with a backup function. A power failure detection means returns the power failure detection information to be inactive after the lapse of prescribed time when a power supply voltage is stabilized after exceeding a power failure detection voltage when power is supplied again, and when the power failure detection information is returned to be inactive, a reset information output means returns the reset information to be inactive thereafter.
