<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tube made of reinforcement rubber which is superior in pressure resistance and bending characteristics such as buckling resistance and can extend the life of a product, and to provide an apparatus for winding a reinforcing wire rod used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the tube made of the reinforcement rubber, after the reinforcing wire rod 4 is wound spirally onto the peripheral surface of a tube 3 made of unvulcanized rubber, the unvulcanized rubber of the tube 3 is vulcanized. When the reinforcing wire rod 4 is wound onto the tube 3 made of the unvulcanized rubber, after the reinforcing wire rod 4 is bent in a prescribed radius of curvature in advance to have a habit to be wound, the wire rod 4 is wound onto the tube 3 made of the unvulcanized rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
