PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust an opening and closing means for opening and closing a shutter of a cartridge when loading and unloading a cartridge, in a recording/reproducing device loading and unloading the cartridge housing a disk recording medium while being housed in the tray. SOLUTION: A shutter 13 of a cartridge 11 is opened and closed by rotation-displacement of a cam 17 in which an external edge is formed in a circular arc type and a tooth part is formed at the circular arc type part. A tray 52 is provided for housing the cartridge 11 to be loaded and unloaded to/from a device body 51 of the recording/reproducing device. A rack 53 which can be engaged with the tooth part of the cam 17 is provided in the tray 52. The rack 53 is engaged with the tooth part of the cam 17 by being held by the device body 11 when the cartridge 11 is loaded in the device body 51 by the tray 52, this cam 17 is displaced to a direction in which the shutter 13 is opened.
