<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document analysis/evaluation system 1 capable of appropriately evaluating a trader by a uniform reference, and to improve the customer satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: This document analysis/evaluation system 1 comprises a DB server 13 for storing a plurality of keywords to be evaluated and evaluation reference data determining the evaluation degrees of the keywords, a WEB server 11 for receiving, from the customer, evaluation document data for evaluating the trader, and a WEB server 12 for the trader for extracting the keywords from the received evaluation document data, adding the evaluation degrees of all extracted keywords, and calculating an evaluation point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
