PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations and noise, by decreasing detent torque and to make it easy to process the terminal end of the winding of air-cored coils, in a stepping motor, electronic equipment using the same, and to provide manufacturing method of them. SOLUTION: A stepping motor 1 is provided with a rotor 3, which has a permanent magnet 2 of a cylindrical shape magnetized to multiple poles in the circumferential direction, and annular stators 4, 5, which are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the direction of axial line L, in a state of surrounding the rotor. Each stator comprises an annular air-cored coil 15, an outer yoke 16, having magnetic pole teeth 16a, and an inner yoke 17 having magnetic pole teeth 17a which are arranged so as to stand side by side at equal intervals, alternately in a state non-contacting with the magnetic pole teeth 16a of the outer yoke 16.
