<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branched exhaust pipe capable of reducing unburned HC and warming up a catalyst in an early stage at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this branched exhaust pipe 20, an exhaust passage is branched to a first branched path 201 and a second branched path 202 in an upstream side and the same are merged in a downstream side.
