<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electrode with a high power generation capacity, its manufacturing method, and a fuel cell using that electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode for the fuel cell is manufactured by film-forming a composition containing an organic solvent, a polar group containing aromatic polymer which is soluble to this organic solvent and hardly soluble to water, an electrode catalyst, and an electrode carrier, and evaporating partially the organic solvent and then contacting the film to the solvent containing water, and removing the residual solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
