PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which the number of processes, time, and cost relative to manufacture can be reduced and stability of quality can be realized by reducing a thermal effect to power generation element. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a power generation element 1 in which a power generation element is packed with a laminate film 4 with a positive and a negative electrode leads 2, 3 led outside, a circuit board to be connected to the positive and negative electrode leads 2, 3, a top cover 5 which includes the circuit board and is integrated to the head side of the power generation element 1 using a molten resin, a bottom cover 6 which is integrated to the bottom side of the power generation element 1 using also the molten resin, and a pressure sensitive adhesive label 8 which covers the outer periphery of a power generation element 1 with both covers 5, 6 integrated. Thereby, the number of processes, time, and cost relative to manufacture are reduced and the stability of quality is realized by reducing a thermal effect to the power generation element 1.
