PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-display system capable of holding consistency of images, an image display device, an image display method, and an image display program. SOLUTION: The multi-display system is equipped with a plurality of image display devices 3 (3A, 3B) which display images corresponding to input image signals, and an image output device 2 which outputs the image signals to the image display devices 3 (3A, 3B). The image display devices 3 (3A, 3B) each have an image forming means 32 which is driven in predetermined display update cycles to form an image corresponding to an image signal, a time acquiring means 313 of acquiring current time, a storage means 311 of storing previously set starting point time, and a display normalizing means 315 of normalizing the display update cycles and phases of the display update cycles, and the display normalizing means times the start of the display update cycles to set time calculated from the starting point time and current time.
