<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient to control the disclosed range of medical care information, and to deliver the latest medical care information without exerting a large load on a server for distributing the medical care information. <P>SOLUTION: When patient introduction is performed between medical facilities 11 and 12, the medical care information is delivered from an introduction source to an introduction destination via a data center 10. A server computer 14, on receiving a medical care information distribution request of the introduced patient from a client terminal of the medical facility of the introduction destination, accesses a medical care information DB on the introduction source, acquires the medical care information of the introduced patient, and distributes it to the medical facility of the introduction destination. Set information where the disclosed range of the medical care information is set is registered for each patient in the server computer 14, and the server computer 14 distributes only medical care information whose disclosure is permitted by the patient to the introduction destination according to the registered information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
