PURPOSE:To manufacture an organic solar cell wherein energy conversion efficiency is high, electrode short-circuiting is little, and performance is stable, by forming an organic coloring matter layer after the surface of a transparent electrode is treated by using rubbing material. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a transparent conducting layer of a transparent electrode composed of a transparent substrate on which the transparent conducting layer is formed is rubbed 1-50 times under a pressure of 50-500g/cm<2> by using rubbing material. A first layer composed of perylene based coloring matter and a second layer composed of phthalocyanine based coloring matter are laminated in order, and finally counter electrodes are formed, thereby obtaining an organic solar cell. |
