PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving pulley of a V-belt automatic transmission causing an engine to start using a starter motor, which is provided with a fan, enhances the cooling effect at the start of the engine, and reduces noise. SOLUTION: The driving pulley includes: a driving fixed pulley half 1 composed of a pulley face 11 having a gear portion 14 formed on the periphery and a cylindrical boss 2 rotatable with a drive shaft 6; a movable pulley half 3 that approaches and separates from the driving fixed pulley half 1 while the movable pulley half 4 is rotated with the drive shaft 6; a fan member 4 having a base plate 41 and a plurality of blades 42 formed thereon; and the starter motor 7 provided with a pinion gear 71 protruding in the axial direction to be engaged with the gear portion 14.
