PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking structure sufficiently pressure-fitting a bolt into a circular hole by a simple structure and not causing insufficient fastening force, and a vibration isolator having the caulking structure. SOLUTION: The bolt 20 is inserted into the circular hole 18B of a stopper member 18, and a bolt root part 20R and the circular hole 18B are caulked. The inside diameterϕa of the circular hole 18B of the stopper member 18 is formed larger the bolt root part 20R in comparison with the outside diameterϕb of a bolt end part, and a serration 20S with outside diameterϕb larger than the inside diameterϕa of the circular hole 18B is formed on the peripheral side of the bolt root part 20R.
