PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine-containing alkoxysilyl-functionalized polymer, and an article prepared from the polymer, and also a tire. SOLUTION: The amine-containing alkoxysilyl-functionalized polymer is prepared by a method comprising functionalizing a reactive polymer with an alkoxysilane-functionalizing agent and furthermore reacting with an aminoalcohol; and the article contains a vulcanized rubber containing the formed polymer and a filler; and also the tire containing at least one vulcanized rubber and a filler is characterized in that at least one of the vulcanized rubber contains such a vulcanizate of functionalized polymer as is prepared by reacting a reactive polymer with an alkoxysilane-functionalizing agent to give an alkoxysilyl-functionalized polymer and furthermore by reacting this alkoxysilyl-functionalized polymer with an aminoalcohol.
