<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit and a regeneration circuit which can suppress a loss at the time of breaking and can also suppress surge. <P>SOLUTION: An electric switch 11 for conduction and an electric switch 12 for transient current are electrically connected in parallel and can be opened and closed with a time lag. A capacitor 13 for suppressing a loss and a capacitor 14 for surge are electrically connected in parallel, and this parallel combination of the capacitors 13 and 14 is connected in series with the electric switch 12 for transient current. The capacitor 13 for suppressing a loss is set up in such a manner that the capacity C1 may be (Ic×Δt)/Vc or above and the equivalent series resistance value R1 may be (Ic×Vc) or less, where Δt is a breaking period of time of the electric switch 11 for conduction, Ic is a conduction current in the electric switch 11 for conduction, and Vc is a voltage between contacts of the electric switch 11 for conduction when current is blocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
