<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect view histories of advertisements in the unit of an advertisement by providing advertisement information to a set viewer layer when distributing the advertisement information by a digital broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: When there is the advertisement information in a signal broadcast wave, a viewer attribute registered on an IC card beforehand is collated with a target ID added to the advertisement information, and advertisement information (icon) for which both the attribute and the target ID are matched, is selected and displayed (S3, S4). When there is the request operation of detailed information, the detailed information is acquired by link information. For the detailed information, the case of acquiring the detailed information from a broadcasting wave (S11, S12) and the case of acquiring the detailed information from a home page via the Internet (S17, S18) are made possible. The detailed information is displayed instead of a program picture. When a viewer requests display end, the display of the detailed information ends (S14, S20).
